Five Things on Friday

One: Pottery Barn Pearce Sectional with a Wedge

I don't know where to begin than other to exclaim: our couch arrived and it is AWESOME!  Rich and I were forced to upgrade our couch with this movie because our beloved leather couches were just too large and overpowering in style for our new cozy coastal inspired living room.  We love our old couches, but we were in the market for something that fit in the space better.  Introducing our lovely new Pottery Barn couch!  It arrived this week and we are singing its praises!  We got the fabric Organic Cotton Canvas in "natural" to hide any dog hair.  Best part? It can be ordered slip covered so it can be washed often and kept fresh.  The sectionals have been on sale for awhile at PB so if you are in the market for a new couch, now is the time.

Two: Naptime Diaries is closing

Spending the last few years in Charleston I fell in love with a little online shop called Naptime Diaries, which was created by the daughter of our women's minister at church.  Sadly they announced this week the are closing up shop and following the Lord in a new direction, so I am going to be scooping up some of the canvas and prints I've had an eye on for awhile now here shortly!  I can't recommend this sweet small business anymore, so grab one of these beauties up before they are long gone.

Three: Euro Shames From Target

I'm not sure how "normal" it is to consider Euro Shams a hot find, but after getting three euro pillows for our new king size bed 6 months ago on the cheap at Tuesday Morning, I've been on the hunt unsuccessfully for a great qualify Euro Sham.  Most I have seen are incredibly expensive, until this week!  Target came through again and I was able to grab three of these guys for our bedroom!

Four: Pixie Ankle Length Pants from Old Navy

I won't say much other than RUN to Old Navy (or shop online-hint, its cheaper and you can return in the store) to Old Navy for their pixie pants.  The perfect pant to wear to work or to dinner, they have so many cute colors for spring time and they are 40% off right now!

Five:  Nextdoor

Since moving to our new neighborhood in a new state, we have become incredibly reliant on Nextdoor to provide all the help we can get about our new community.  You can share crime news, advice, resources, and recommendations with all your neighbors in a secure environment.  They even sent a postcard to our house to confirm that we lived there before using the application.  If you aren't using this site, I highly recommend it!
